Common questions about pricing.
How do I know which package my business needs?
Send us your concurrent user count and the apps you run. As a rule of thumb, allow 1 CPU core and 2 GB of RAM per concurrent user — but light office workloads can comfortably run more users per core. We'll right-size the server during your quote.
Are software licences included?
Microsoft Server, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Reader and 7-Zip are included on every package. For specialist line-of-business software (accounting, CAD, industry tools), you supply the licence and we'll install and update it for you.
Can I add users later?
Yes — concurrent users aren't capped on any package. Adding a new user costs AU$50 once-off (account setup and provisioning). If your team grows past the resources of your current package, we'll scale you up without rebuilding.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data belongs to you. On termination, we'll provide an export of your D: drive (and any other relevant data) and decommission the server cleanly. No lock-in, no held-hostage data.
Do I get full administrator access?
For network and infrastructure security reasons, server-administrator role isn't issued to clients. Servers run in workstation mode and you receive standard user accounts with full productivity access. Software installs and admin tasks are handled by our team — included in your monthly fee.
How are backups priced?
Backups are included — you don't pay extra. Every server is backed up to a local backup server (30-day server restore + 90-day file recovery). No add-on, no surprise bill.
